【摘 要】
：
目的:评价荆花胃康胶丸联合标准四联疗法对于Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者(脾胃湿热证)的临床疗效.方法:选取77例西医诊断为Hp相关性慢性胃炎且经中医辨证为脾胃湿热证的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(38例)和实验组(39例).对照组给予奥美拉唑钠肠溶片+枸橼酸铋钾胶囊+阿莫西林胶囊+克拉霉素片的标准四联疗法,实验组在此基础上给予荆花胃康胶丸口服,2组疗程均为14d.在治疗结束后观察比较2组的Hp根除率、临床症状缓解程度和不良反应的发生情况.结果:2组患者在总Hp根除率方面差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但亚组

目的:评价荆花胃康胶丸联合标准四联疗法对于Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者(脾胃湿热证)的临床疗效.方法:选取77例西医诊断为Hp相关性慢性胃炎且经中医辨证为脾胃湿热证的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(38例)和实验组(39例).对照组给予奥美拉唑钠肠溶片+枸橼酸铋钾胶囊+阿莫西林胶囊+克拉霉素片的标准四联疗法,实验组在此基础上给予荆花胃康胶丸口服,2组疗程均为14d.在治疗结束后观察比较2组的Hp根除率、临床症状缓解程度和不良反应的发生情况.结果:2组患者在总Hp根除率方面差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但亚组分析表明,实验组中痞满亚组的Hp根除率为100％,高于对照组的92％ (P＞0.05).在临床症状缓解程度方面,实验组在治疗后的证候积分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);且对于上腹胀、口臭、纳差及口苦4个单项症状的改善情况显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:在根除Hp的常规四联疗法中加用荆花胃康胶丸对于Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者具有一定的增效作用,可以显著改善患者的临床症状,尤其是在上腹胀、纳差及口苦、口臭方面疗效明显.
