白内障是一种常见的眼科疾病,占致盲病的首位。现,常规用裂隙灯显微镜进行观察检查。由于只能定性观察,因此不能区別白内障病变的严重程度,特别是在白內障的整个发病的演变过程中,或采用药物治疗期间,无法作定量的记录,只能通过病人及医生的主观感觉来评判。故难以探索其发病机理及疗效观察,并不能长期存档保存,因此对白內障进行定量的检测是十分必要的。国际上,日本等国家在此方面做了些研制工作,日本的产品采用照相后测定密度的方法等,操作复杂,价格昂贵。国內亦有报导。目前,国内要求对白内障病变进行定量测定的呼声越来越高。我们在参考了国内外资料的基础上,开始研制。并取得样机进行临床检查。
