冷轧钢卷边包缺陷严重影响带钢的板形和表面质量。在攀钢大量现场边包调查分析的基础上,提出探索边包根源的实验方案并现场跟踪测量。通过对实验结果的对比分析,表明钢卷的边包虽然出现在冷轧,但不是由冷轧带钢的板形不良引起,而主要是由热轧带钢的边部局部高点厚度大于中间厚度引起,并且热轧带钢的楔形又加剧了冷轧钢卷边包。为冷轧钢卷边包缺陷的治理指明了方向。
Cold-rolled curling defects seriously affect strip shape and surface quality. Based on the investigation and analysis of a large number of on-site parcels in Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., an experimental scheme for exploring the source of the parcels and on-site tracking and measurement are proposed.
