对冬茬日光温室黄瓜不同生育期的温、光、水、气和光合速率日变化进行了测定和分析。结果表明:在黄瓜不同生育期,光合速率日变化均存在两种类型,以双峰型曲线变化的叶片占多数。冬茬黄瓜光合日变化总的趋势与光照强度变化一致,光合速率以深冬最低,秋末最高,早春介于前两者之间。采用投影寻踪回归分析初步表明:深冬和早春晴天条件下均以温度和CO2浓度对光合速率影响较大,秋末以光强影响较大。各生育期光合速率午间降低与水分利用效率的下降有关。
The daily change of temperature, light, water, gas and photosynthesis rate of cucumber in greenhouse during winter wheat growing stage was measured and analyzed. The results showed that there were two types of diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate in cucumber at different growth stages, and the leaves varied in bimodal curve. The photosynthetic changes of winter cucumber were the same with the changes of light intensity. The photosynthetic rate was the lowest in winter and the highest in autumn and early spring was between the former two. Projection pursuit regression analysis showed that both the temperature and the CO2 concentration affected the photosynthetic rate significantly in the deep winter and early spring under the sunny conditions, and the light intensity was greatly affected in the late autumn. The midday depression of photosynthetic rate in each growth period was related to the decrease of water use efficiency.
