介绍了华菱湘钢对高强韧性、高止裂性集装箱船用厚钢板的研制。结果表明,采用低碳高锰、Nb-Ti-Ni多元微合金化成分设计,配合TMCP控轧控冷工艺,研制的高强度EH47船用钢板,最大厚度达80 mm,屈服强度在460 MPa以上,抗拉强度在570~720 MPa之间,低温-40℃心部冲击功达到250 J以上,经梯度温度型双重拉伸止裂试验检验,其-10℃止裂韧性Kca值≥6 000 N/mm3/2,能够很好的满足超大型集装箱船关键部位止裂钢板的使用需求。
This paper introduces the research and development of Valin Xiangang Steel for the thick steel plate of high strength and toughness, high crack resistance container ships. The results show that the high strength EH47 marine steel plate designed with low-carbon and high-manganese, Nb-Ti-Ni multivariate microalloying composition and TMCP controlled rolling and controlled cooling process has a maximum thickness of 80 mm and a yield strength of 460 MPa, Tensile strength was between 570 and 720 MPa, and the impact energy at -40 ℃ was above 250 J. After the test was conducted by the gradient temperature double tensile test, the fracture toughness Kca at -10 ℃ was ≥6000 N / mm3 / 2, which can well meet the needs of cracking steel plate in the key part of a very large container ship.
