ALT(谷丙转氨酶)比A组明显升高(P<0.01),SDH(琥珀酸脱氢酶)、ATPase(三磷酸腺苷酶)的活性有所减弱、LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)、ACP(酸性磷酸酶)活性有所增强。
In this experiment, the content of toxic metals in polymerized ferric sulfate and basic aluminum chloride of two kinds of purifying agent products was analyzed and analyzed, and the relationship between them and body health was demonstrated by experimental animals. 1, Toxicity accumulation experiment: 30 NIH mice were selected and their body weight was 18 ~ 20g. The LD50 of the polymeric ferric sulfate was used in a small dose, and the result was habitual. 2, chronic toxicity test: 24 Wistar rats were selected, male and female, were randomly divided into two groups of 12 rats. Separately drinking the same batch of tap water containing polyferric sulfate (group A) and basic aluminum chloride (group B) as the decontamination agent, the normal feed was fed for four and a half months. Observations: blood, biochemical tests, liver and kidney light microscopy, electron microscopy morphology and related enzyme activity check. Results, liver tissue of rats in Group B, tubular epithelial cells mitochondria swelling, spinal rupture, small vacuoles, vacuolar changes. ALT (alanine aminotransferase) was significantly higher than that of A group (P <0.01), while the activity of SDH (succinate dehydrogenase) and ATPase (adenosine triphosphate) were weakened. The activities of LDH (lactate dehydrogenase), ACP Acid phosphatase) activity has been enhanced. A group of the results were normal. Tip: Long-term drinking water to polymerize ferric sulfate water purifier has no effect on their health, long-term drinking water with basic aluminum chloride as tap water on the liver and kidney have a certain impact.
