本试验以张家口坝上尚义、康保和张北3县种植的莜麦为研究对象,采用湿法硝解进行前处理,火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定其中Fe、Mg、Mn、Cu、Zn,火焰光度法测定其中K、Na元素的含量。通过结果分析,发现不同县域种植的莜麦作物中这些元素的含量比较接近;传统加工过程会使莜麦中各种元素的含量均有所下降,尤其是铁、锰和锌元素的含量下降最多。
In this experiment, the oats planted in 3 Shangxian County, Shangyi, Kangbao and Zhangbei of Zhangjiakou Dam were used as pretreatment, and the pretreatment by wet nitrification was carried out. The contents of Fe, Mg, Mn, Cu and Zn were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry , Flame Kinetic K, Na element content. Through the analysis of the results, it is found that the content of these elements in the oat crops planted in different counties is relatively close. The content of various elements in oatmeal decreased with the traditional processing, especially the content of iron, manganese and zinc dropped the most .
