随着新课改的进一步深化,教师在教学中已经采取了平等的教育教学方法,尊重学生的个性发展,争取使每一位学生都可以在课堂上展示自己最优秀的一个方面,但是,又发现:老师在布置作业的时候会出现一刀切的局面。换句话说,也就是作业针对了学生全体,而没有再一次去面对学生个体,这个时候,学生有的会出现“吃不饱”的现象,而有的学生却“消化不良”。究竟什么样的作业才会对学生的发展更加有效,如何去摆脱这种现象的存在,成了摆在教师面前迫在眉睫的难题。
