目的 探讨丹参、辅酶Q10 及联合用药的抗缺氧作用。方法 在豚鼠低氧供模型 ( 5 %O2 +95 %N2 )上 ,比较对照组、丹参组、辅酶Q10 组及联合用药组低氧 30min后动脉血气及耳蜗电图的变化。结果 低氧 30min时辅酶Q10 组及联合用药组O2 cont,O2sat及pH显著高于对照组及丹参组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,后两组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;各用药组耳蜗电图N1阈移及振幅下降幅度均显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,联合用药组又显著低于各单用药组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 丹参、辅酶Q10 能有效对抗缺氧性耳蜗损害 ,辅酶Q10 尚能提高整个机体抗缺氧能力 ,联合用药可产生明显协同效应
Objective To explore the anti-hypoxic effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza, coenzyme Q10 and combination therapy. Methods The changes of arterial blood gas (EGG) and cochlear electrocochlear electrocardiogram (ECG) in control group, Salvia miltiorrhiza group, Coenzyme Q10 group and combination group after 30 minutes of hypoxia were compared in guinea pig hypoxia model (5% O2 +95% N2) Results O2 cont, O2sat and pH of coenzyme Q10 group and combination group were significantly higher than that of control group and Salvia miltiorrhiza group (P <0.05) at 30min hypoxia, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) ). The amplitude of threshold shift and amplitude decrease of N1 in each group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01), and the combination group was significantly lower than the single drug group (P <0.05). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza coenzyme Q10 can effectively prevent hypoxic cochlear damage, coenzyme Q10 still can improve the ability of anti-hypoxia of the whole body, the combination therapy can produce obvious synergistic effect
