宫颈癌是导致世界范围内妇女癌症死亡的主要原因,具有高发病率和高病死率的特点,临床上急需寻找高特异性和高敏感性的生物标志物。蛋白质组学技术是后基因组学时代重要的研究领域之一,其相关研究有助于发现新的标志物,并用于癌症筛查、早期诊断和疗效评价。近年来通过组织、血清和细胞系等蛋白质组学研究发现了与宫颈癌相关的重要功能蛋白,并有望作为潜在的诊断生物标志物。现就近几年宫颈癌蛋白质组学最新研究成果加以综述。
Cervical cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths among women in the world. With high morbidity and high mortality, cervical cancer is urgently needed to find high-specificity and high-sensitivity biomarkers. Proteomics is one of the important research fields in the post-genomics era, and its related research will help to discover new markers and be used in cancer screening, early diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation. In recent years, proteomics research such as tissue, serum and cell line has found important functional proteins related to cervical cancer and is expected to be a potential diagnostic biomarker. In recent years, the latest research results of cervical cancer proteomics to be reviewed.
