索铁生,1960年生于洛阳。河南省国画家协会常务理事、河南省美术家协会会员、河南省花鸟画研究会会员、洛阳花鸟画艺委会副主任、洛阳金谷印社社长、洛阳丝绸之路经济文化研究会副会长、洛阳画院副院长兼秘书长。
