随着以人为本的观念不断深入,各级都将抓好安全生产、强化安全责任放在工作首位,处处保安全,事事讲安全,让安全责任重于泰山的理念深入到企业文化,渗透到职工心中,以确保企业安全生产。然而受各种因素影响,建筑企业在进行施工过程中,安全生产与管理仍存在诸多不足之处,不仅影响到企业安全生产,还给建筑工程施工埋下潜在安全隐患,导致安全事故屡屡发生,威胁到人员的生命安全。本文主要从建筑施工企业安全生产及建筑安全管理存在的问题出发,对建筑施工企业安全生产及建筑安全管理的应对对策进行了分析,以供参考完善。
