上海空调机厂生产的空调机HO62阀板是空调机全封闭压缩机的关键零件之一。该零件毛坯采用低碳钢冲压而成,仅需局部表面(阀线)硬化,硬化层对金相组织及硬度梯度要求较高,并要求热处理后变形小,表面光洁,采用常规热处理工艺难以解决。本文总结了激光处理(?)线的研究结果,表明:20钢(退火态)基体的空调机阀板阀线表面经激光处理后的有效硬化层深可达0.47毫米,该硬化层深内显微硬度为HV_(100) 463.6~420.4(~HRC44~47),金相法及无损探伤均表明激光硬化层内无裂纹。激光硬化层的组织主要是板条马氏体;与基体交界的过渡层组织为细马氏体+细片状珠光体+铁素体的混合组织;基体组织为珠光体+铁素体。选择适当的对搭接激光扫描工艺可使搭按回火影响区表层硬度下降到仍在空调机阀板热处理技术要求范围内(HRC 40~42.2)。

The results show that the surface of the valve wire of the air conditioner valve plate of 20 steel (annealed) substrate can be as deep as 0.47 mm deep after laser treatment, The microhardness HV_ (100) 463.6 ~ 420.4 (~ HRC44 ~ 47), metallographic methods and non-destructive testing showed that there was no crack in the laser-hardened layer. The microstructure of the laser-hardened layer is mainly lath martensite; the transitional layer at the interface with the substrate is a mixed martensite + finely-shaped pearlite + ferrite; and the matrix is pearlite + ferrite. Select the appropriate lap laser scanning process can take the tempering impact surface hardness down to the air conditioner plate is still within the scope of heat treatment technology requirements (HRC 40 ~ 42.2).
