试验用钢和试验方法一、钢材: 根据锥柄钻头的服役条件,要求钻头具有足够的红硬性和足够的机械性能。钼系高速钢起源于德国,用18-4-1钢。随着工业的发展,大量的钼系高速钢钻头可用于生产,但这类钢比18-4-1钢的过热倾向大。二、试验方法: 1.φ13.5锥柄钻头和冲击、扭转试棒的热处理工艺:820~850℃予热,予热时间为淬火加热时间的两倍,然后按表2方案加热;从中选择较合适的温度和时间。分级加热温度600℃保温1分钟。560℃回火保温60分钟,回火三次。2.切削试验:被切削材料为45钢,厚20毫米,硬度HB190~200。钻床切削速度35米/分,进刀量0.28毫米/转,转速825转/分。用5%(重量百分比)
