应用放射配体结合实验方法，检定了人妊娠子宫峡部平滑肌毒蕈碱样胆碱受体（Ｍ受体）及亚型。结果表明：在人子宫峡部存在两种Ｍ受体亚型。并应用竞争性蛋白结合分析法，测定了ＡＣｈ对人妊娠子宫峡部平滑肌细胞合成ＩＰ３的影响。
Radioligand binding assay was used to detect the muscarinic isoform of cholinergic receptor (M receptor) and its subtype in human uterine isthmus. The results showed that there are two M receptor subtypes in isthmus of human uterus. The effect of ACh on the synthesis of IP3 in human islet uterine isthmus cells was measured by competitive protein binding assay.
