目的:观察长期熏烟小鼠肺泡灌洗液成分的变化及过氧化损害,探讨烟清含片的保护作用。方法:建立小鼠长期熏烟模型,检测支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)蛋白含量并进行白细胞计数和分类;检测血浆和肺组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和总抗氧化能力(T-ADC)。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组小鼠BALF中蛋白含量、白细胞总数显著增加(P<0.05),SOD活性、T-ADC降低,MDA含量增加(P<0.05);与模型组小鼠比较,烟清含片组BALF中蛋白含量降低(P<0.05),白细胞总数减少(P<0.05),SOD活性、T-ADC增加,MDA含量减少(P<0.05)。结论:烟清含片对长期熏烟小鼠气道炎症及过氧化损害有保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of components in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and peroxidative damage in long-term smoked mice and to investigate the protective effects of Yanqing lozenges. METHODS: A long-term smoked mouse model was established to detect the protein content of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and to count and classify white blood cells; to detect the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasma and lung homogenate. ) Content and total antioxidant capacity (T-ADC). RESULTS: Compared with the normal control group, the protein content and the total number of white blood cells in the BALF of the model group increased significantly (P<0.05), and the SOD activity, T-ADC decreased, and the MDA content increased (P<0.05); The content of albumin in BALF of Yanqing lozenges decreased (P<0.05), the total number of white blood cells decreased (P<0.05), SOD activity, T-ADC increased, and MDA decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yanqing lozenge has protective effects on airway inflammation and peroxidative damage in long-term smoked mice.
