“检测生物组织中的糖类、脂肪和蛋白质”是人教版高中生物必修1“分子与细胞”模块的一个验证性的检测实验。笔者把该实验改为简单的探究性实验,效果很好。一、原实验存在的不足1.该实验按教材的编排应该为验证性的检测实验,因而不能充分体现新课程标准倡导的探究性学习理念。2.取材数量少,品种单一,特别是在脂肪的检测实验中重复使用了花生种子(用于匀浆和切片)这一材料。
