目的研究分离白木香内生真菌镰刀菌Fusarium sp.A2的次级代谢产物。方法采用硅胶柱、反相硅胶柱、凝胶柱等方法进行分离纯化,并通过NMR、MS等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果从固体发酵提取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为5,4’-二羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(1)、木犀草素-7,4’-二甲醚(2)、5-羟基-7,4’-二甲氧基黄酮(3)、5-羟基-7,3’,4’-三甲氧基黄酮(4)、6-甲氧基-2-(2-苯乙基)色酮(5)、6-甲氧基-2-[2-(3’-甲氧基苯乙基)]色酮(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)。结论化合物1~6均为首次从该属真菌中分离得到,其中化合物5~6为沉香的特征性成分。
Aim To study the secondary metabolites of Fusarium sp. A2 isolated from the endophyte Fusarium. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column, reverse phase silica gel column and gel column, and identified by NMR, MS and other spectral methods. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the solid fermentation extract and identified as 5,4’-dihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone (1), luteolin-7,4’-dimethyl ether 5-hydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxyflavone (3), 5-hydroxy-7,3 ’, 4’-trimethoxyflavone (4), 6-methoxy-2- Ethyl) chromone (5), 6-methoxy-2- [2- (3’-methoxyphenethyl)] chromone (6) and β-sitosterol (7). CONCLUSION Compounds 1 to 6 were isolated from this genus for the first time, of which compounds 5-6 are characteristic components of Agarwood.
