根据原子扩散理论对AZ31B镁合金与不锈钢0Cr18Ni9进行了扩散连接工艺研究。利用CVI-10型扩散设备对AZ31B镁合金与不锈钢0Cr18Ni9进行了在不同连接温度条件下的扩散连接。利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪器等对扩散连接接头组织及连接界面元素成分进行了分析,测试了接头的剪切强度。结果表明:AZ31B镁合金与不锈钢0Cr18Ni9的扩散连接最佳温度为450℃,接头界面存在元素的扩散,界面存在微裂纹。
The diffusion bonding process of AZ31B magnesium alloy and stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 was studied based on atom diffusion theory. The diffusion bonding of AZ31B magnesium alloy and stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 under different connection temperature was carried out by using CVI-10 diffusion device. The elemental composition of the diffusion bonding joint and its interface were analyzed by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analyzer, and the shear strength of the joint was tested. The results show that the optimum temperature for the diffusion bonding of AZ31B magnesium alloy and stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 is 450 ℃. The diffusion of the elements exists at the interface of the joint, and there exists microcracks in the interface.
