2008年4月-2010年10月,我们采用高频电点灼疣体联合维A酸软膏治疗面部扁平疣70例,疗效满意。现分析报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况选择面部扁平疣70例,其中男64例,女6例;年龄16～34岁,平均23岁。病程2个月～3年。皮疹均散布于面部和颈部,直径1～3mm,少数融合成片。疣体数≤20个者46例,>20个者24例。所有病例均符合扁平疣诊断标准。
From April 2008 to October 2010, 70 cases of facial flat warts were treated with high-frequency electric cauterization combined with Vitamin A acid ointment. The curative effect was satisfactory. The analysis report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Select facial flat wart in 70 cases, of which 64 were male and 6 females; aged 16 to 34 years, mean 23 years. Course of 2 months to 3 years. Rash are scattered in the face and neck, diameter 1 ~ 3mm, a few merged into pieces. Wart number ≤ 20 persons in 46 cases,> 20 persons in 24 cases. All cases met the diagnostic criteria for flat warts.
