1958年是我国工农业生产建設空前大發展的一年,在以鋼为綱全面跃进的形势下,勘測設計工作也出现了轟轟烈烈的跃进局面。勘測設計部門在第一个五年計划所取得的丰富經驗的基础上,經过整風运动,在党的建設社会主义总路线的光輝照耀下,坚持了政治掛帅,貫徹了党的各項方針政策,使勘測設計工作在多快好省方面取得了显著的成績。在勘測工作(包括工程地質、水文地質和測量)方面,58年所完成的工作量,为57年的2.3～5倍,劳动生产率約提高3倍。在設計工作方面,58年所完成的限額以上的設計項目,为第一个五年計划期間所完成的限額以上項目总和的3倍;所完成的設計圖紙的总建筑面积,为第一个五年計划的3倍,为57年的10倍。設計周期大大
The year of 1958 was an unprecedented year for China’s industrial and agricultural production and construction. Under the situation where the steel industry has taken an overall leap forward, there has been a vigorous leap forward in survey and design work. On the basis of the rich experience gained in the first five-year plan, the survey and design department underwent the rectification movement, and under the glorious light of the party’s overall socialist construction line, it upheld its political acumen and implemented the party’s various guidelines and policies. The survey and design work has achieved remarkable results in many provinces. In terms of surveying work (including engineering geology, hydrogeology and surveying), the amount of work completed in the past 58 years was 2.3 to 5 times of that in the past 57 years, and labor productivity was increased by about 3 times.
