对高职营养与食品卫生专业《食品微生物检验》实践教学中的“检教合一·项目驱动”模式和简单项目化教学效果评价。“检教合一·项目驱动”组与单纯项目化教学组实践成绩均明显高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。项目化教学有助于提高和规范学生的实践操作技能。
On the “Teaching in One Project · Project” Model and “Simple Project” Teaching Effect Evaluation in the Practice Teaching of Food Microbiology in Higher Vocational Education of Nutrition and Food Hygiene. The practice scores of “Prosecutor-a-Progression-Progression-Project-Driven” group and purely project-based teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Project-based teaching helps to improve and standardize students’ practical skills.
