用不同浓度Na2CO3处理同德小花碱茅幼苗,7 d后测定叶片的光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)等生理指标,以研究Na2CO3胁迫对同德小花碱茅幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,低浓度Na2CO3胁迫下,同德小花碱茅幼苗Ci基本保持不变,Pn、Tr有所促进,水分利用率有所增加;随着Na2CO3胁迫浓度的增加,Gs、Tr、Pn、Ci均受到抑制,而WUE增大。同德小花碱茅对Na2CO3耐受的极限浓度为1.2%。
