目的评价建立社区糖尿病俱乐部实施患者综合干预后的效果。方法随机抽取桐君街道社区有城镇职工医疗保险、初中以上文化程度的常住糖尿病患者172例,分为干预组和对照组,干预组加入桐君街道糖尿病俱乐部,进行有计划的社区综合干预;对照组只进行常规的社区卫生服务管理。1年后对两组干预效果进行评价。结果 1年后干预组的血糖控制率为80.90%、规范化管理率为87.64%,糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯均比对照组低,高密度脂蛋白较对照组高,差异有统计学意义。结论通过以糖尿病俱乐部活动为形式的社区综合干预可以充分调动患者的主观能动性,提高患者的自我保健意识,有效地控制血糖、血脂,改善糖尿病患者的生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of setting up a community diabetes club in patients with integrated intervention. Methods A total of 172 DM patients with medical insurance for urban employees and junior high school education or above were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Tongji Street Diabetes Club was included in intervention group, and community intervention was planned. Control group Group only conduct regular community health service management. One year later, the effect of two interventions was evaluated. Results After 1 year, the rate of glycemic control in the intervention group was 80.90%, and the standardized management rate was 87.64%. HbA1c, fasting plasma glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose, total cholesterol and triglyceride were lower than those in the control group, and high density lipoprotein Control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Through community intervention in the form of diabetes club activities, it is possible to fully mobilize the patients’ subjective initiative, improve their self-care awareness, effectively control blood sugar and blood lipids, and improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes.
