I. Why do advertisements belong to the social culture and how do advertisements are regulated by laws and ethics? Advertising is an act in which advertisers disseminate goods information to the public at home and abroad through various media and in paid form. Is the advertising just an economic activity or a corporate behavior? The American Association of Advertising Companies, after conducting intensive research within 30 years from 1964 to 1994, released the AAAA report (American Association of Advertising Agencies). One of the conclusions of the study is that advertising has become a social and cultural phenomenon. Today, for most countries in the world, advertisements have penetrated into various fields and people have generally accepted
