钢板的电泳涂漆,是一项比较先进的防锈工艺。它的优点是牢度大,不易剥离,并省去了除油和喷砂等工序。我厂的电泳涂漆设备只适用于型材和板材,还不能对焊接后的组合件进行涂漆。为此,必须对涂漆钢材的焊接进行研究。实践证明,涂漆钢板的手弧焊缝质量是比较满意的。但随着生产的发展,3毫米厚的 A3钢板大面积拚焊的工作量日益增大,手弧焊已满足不了要求,迫切需要采用单面焊双面成型的自动焊工艺。试验结果表明,埋弧自动焊的焊接质量不够理想,经改用 CO_2气体保护自动焊,质量比较满意。
Electrophoretic paint steel is a more advanced rust-proof process. Its advantage is fastness, not easy to peel, and eliminates the need for degreasing and blasting and other processes. Our electrophoresis coating equipment is only suitable for profiles and plates, but also can not be welded after the assembly paint. To this end, we must study the welding of painted steel. Practice has proved that the quality of hand-arc welding of painted steel is more satisfactory. However, with the development of production, the workload of large-area welding of A3 steel plate with a thickness of 3 mm has been increasing. The hand arc welding can not meet the requirements, and the automatic welding process of single-sided welding double-sided molding is urgently needed. The test results show that the welding quality of submerged arc welding is not ideal and the quality is satisfied by the switch to CO 2 gas protection.
