研究了表面施胶的各种参数,如线压、车速(压区停留时间)以及淀粉的固含量和温度等,测定了纸和纸板的各项强度性能和淀粉的渗透情况。结果表明,线压高达100kN/m时,通过改变运行速度使压区停留时间为原来的2倍,对淀粉渗透的影响比预期的小。但是很多强度性能与线压和压区停留时间的增加有直接关系,较完整的涂膜转移增加了淀粉的施涂量,造成了强度性能的差异,而线压和压区停留时间对淀粉的渗透值无显著影响。可根据中等压区负荷下对机械工程的要求来选择辊的直径和MSP装置的设计。本研究再次证实了淀粉的渗透可通过淀粉的黏度进行调整,但要注意流变学特性,淀粉的温度及固含量不同都会产生不同的黏度,这对淀粉渗透有重要的影响。
The various parameters of surface sizing, such as line pressure, vehicle speed (nip residence time) and starch solid content and temperature, were studied. The strength properties and starch penetration of paper and paperboard were measured. The results showed that when the linear pressure was up to 100kN / m, the nausea of the nodules was doubled by changing the operating speed and the effect on starch penetration was smaller than expected. However, many of the strength properties are directly related to line pressure and nip residence time. A more complete coating transfer increases the amount of starch applied, resulting in differences in strength properties, whereas the linear pressure and nip residence time have a negative influence on starch No significant effect on penetration. The diameter of the roll and the design of the MSP unit can be chosen according to the mechanical engineering requirements under a medium nip load. This study confirms once again that the starch penetration can be adjusted by the viscosity of the starch. However, attention should be paid to the rheological properties. Different viscosities of different starch temperatures and solids will have an important effect on starch penetration.
