神经氨酸酶处理SRBC可使E花结形成大而稳定,处理正常人PBI可使E花结率升高.有认为是酶作用于一个B细胞亚群,使其表现出E受体.应用一般剂量胰酶可脱下E受体,但本室曾用小剂量胰酶处理PBL时,看到有升高E花结的趋势.本实验先用尼龙毛将T、B细胞分为粘附和非粘附两部分,再用予试得最佳提高Et(AET)花结的胰酶和神经氨酸酶处理,再做Et(AET)—C_3混合花结测定,以了解酶类提高E花结的部分淋巴细胞是来自哪一类淋巴细胞.
Neuraminidase treatment of SRBC can make E rosette formation large and stable, treatment of normal human PBI can increase E rose flower rate. This experiment first used nylon hair to divide T and B cells into adherence. And non-adhesive two parts, then try to try to improve the Et (AET) rosette pancreatin and neuraminidase treatment, and then do Et(AET)-C_3 mixed rosette assay to understand the enzyme increase E What kind of lymphocytes from the lymph node are from the lymph node.
