提出了用运行状态来描述机械产品工作能力的概念;建立了机械产品运行状态与可靠性之间的联系,给出了利用运行状态进行机械产品可靠性分析的原理;以某型主战坦克变速箱换档同步器特型孔磨损失效模式为例,说明了运行状态理论在机械零件可靠性分析中的具体应用。结果表明运行状态理论为机械产品可靠性分析提供了新的有效途径。
Put forward the concept of describing the working ability of mechanical products by running state; established the relationship between operational status and reliability of mechanical products; gave out the principle of reliability analysis of mechanical products by using operating conditions; Case shift synchronizer special hole wear failure mode as an example, illustrates the application of the operating state theory in the reliability analysis of mechanical parts. The results show that the operating state theory provides a new effective way for the reliability analysis of mechanical products.
