为了满足客户对宽度指标的要求,对承钢1780生产线宽度控制模型进行了研究和分析。根据研究结果,采用粗轧下表面高温计,并且设计板坯出炉温度预测模型,减少因板坯温度不准对宽度控制的影响。通过在加热炉前安装板坯测宽仪和优化宽度控制策略来减少因板坯宽度不稳定对宽度控制的影响。对立辊短行程控制曲线进行研究,提出优化方案,有效解决了带钢头尾宽度问题;对大量带钢精轧宽展数据进行研究,提出针对不同规格带钢的宽展控制方案。经过研究和优化使成品宽度的波动明显变小,成品宽度在+0~9mm内的命中率达到96%以上,工序控制能力也得到了明显提高,提高了产品的用户满意度。
In order to meet the customer’s requirements for the width index, the control model of the production line width of 1780 steel in Chenggang has been studied and analyzed. According to the research results, a rough surface pyrometer was designed and the temperature prediction model of slab was designed to reduce the influence of slab temperature on width control. The effect of width control due to instability of slab width is reduced by installing a slab width gauge in front of the furnace and optimizing the width control strategy. The research on the control curve of the short stroke of the counter roller and the optimization scheme are put forward to effectively solve the problem of the width of the head and the tail of the strip steel. A large amount of strip width data of the strip rolling is studied and the control scheme of the strip width control for different strip sizes is proposed. After researching and optimizing, the width of the finished product fluctuates obviously, the finished product width reaches 96% or more in the width of + 0 ~ 9mm, the process control ability has also been obviously improved, and the user satisfaction of the product is improved.
