目的 :探讨人参果汁对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :给小鼠连续应用两种不同浓度人参果汁 (人参果原汁 ;5 0 %人参果汁 )及生理盐水灌胃 10天后 ,测定小鼠各项免疫指标。结果 :两种不同浓度人参果汁均能明显增强小鼠外周血中性粒细胞吞噬指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬指数、PHA所致淋巴细胞转化率及外周血中性粒细胞数量 ,与生理盐水比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;人参果原汁还可增加脾指数及外周血单核细胞数量 ,与生理盐水比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;对小鼠胸腺指数无影响 ,与生理盐水组比较 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :人参果汁具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of ginseng juice on immune function in mice. METHODS: Each mouse was tested for various immune parameters by continuously administering two different concentrations of ginseng juice (ginseng juice; 50% ginseng juice) and normal saline for 10 days. RESULTS: Both concentrations of ginseng juice significantly increased the peripheral blood neutrophils phagocytic index, peritoneal macrophage phagocytic index, PHA-induced lymphocyte transformation rate, and peripheral blood neutrophils, compared with saline. The difference was significant (P < 0.01); ginseng fruit juice also increased the spleen index and the number of peripheral blood mononuclear cells, which was significantly different from that of normal saline (P <0. 01); it had no effect on the thymus index of mice. Compared with the saline group, P < 0.05. Conclusion : Ginseng juice has the effect of enhancing the immune function of mice
