青年教师的成长离不开可以起到激励、改进、促进他们发展的有效评价机制的引导。因此,我们试图以“积分制”评价为教师评价的主要手段,对青年教师产生比以往明显有效的激励性和鼓动性。对学校评价的改进的最重要意图也不是为了证明某种评价是最优的,而是为了改进学校的工作。
The growth of young teachers can not be separated from the effective evaluation mechanism that can inspire, improve and promote their development. Therefore, we try to use “integral system” as the primary means of teacher evaluation, which has obvious and effective motivation and encouragement for young teachers. The most important intent of improving school evaluation is not to prove that an evaluation is the best, but to improve the work of the school.
