目的 :为给临床X造影诊断下肢深静脉系统疾病和外科选择或检验深静脉重建手术或效果以及确定或检验下肢深静脉瓣膜形成术效果等提供解剖学基础。方法 :对无病变成人男尸的静脉及正常和病患成人男性下肢静脉造影 ,左右各 31侧 ,在股静脉上取五个位点进行外管径测量 ,同侧对应点的测量结果进行方差分析。结果 :尸体与正常人之间 ,P值都 >0 .0 1;尸体与病患之间 ,P值都 <0 .0 1;正常人与病患之间 ,P值也都 <0 .0 1。结论 :股静脉管径的均数值 ,患肢比尸体要大 1/3多 ,而比正常肢的股静脉管径大 1/3。表明尸体与正常人下肢静脉造影的股、静脉外径大小 ,无显著性差异 ;尸体或正常肢与病肢股静脉外径大小 ,都有显著性差异。
OBJECTIVE: To provide anatomical basis for clinical X-ray diagnosis of deep venous system diseases of lower extremities and surgical selection or test of deep venous reconstruction surgery or effect, as well as to determine or test the effect of deep venous valvuloplasty of lower extremities. Methods: The non-pathological adult male cadaver veins and normal and adult male lower extremity cava venous angiography, left and right sides of 31, five points in the stump femoral vein for measuring the outer diameter, measuring the ipsilateral corresponding points Results were analyzed by ANOVA. Results: Between the cadaver and the normal, the P values were all> 0. 01; between the body and the patient, the P values were all <0. 01; between the normal and the patients, P values were also <0 .0 1. Conclusion: The mean value of the femoral vein diameter of the femoral vein is greater than 1/3 of that of the body and 1/3 of that of the normal femoral vein. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the size of the external diameter of the vein and the vein of the lower extremity between the corpse and the normal. There were significant differences in the external diameter of the corpse or the normal limb and femoral vein.
