从山东省果树研究所桃试验基地采集‘玉妃’、‘超红’、‘岱妃’三个桃品种的幼嫩枝条22份样品,利用6种病毒引物进行RT-PCR检测,对桃病毒病的发生情况进行调查。结果表明,从样品中扩增获得与苹果褪绿叶斑病毒(apple chlorotic leaf spot virus,ACLSV)、李属坏死环斑病毒(prunus necrotic ring spot virus,PNRSV)、樱桃绿环斑驳病毒(cherry green ring mottle virus,CGRMV)预期大小一致的目的片段,其中,从‘玉妃’桃中检测到ACLSV和CGRMV,从‘超红’桃中检测到PNRSV,从‘岱妃’桃中检测到CGRMV;3种病毒中ACLSV和PNRSV的检出率为13.64%,CGRMV的检出率为40.91%。
Twenty-two samples of juvenile shoots of three peach cultivars, ’Yu Fei’, ’Chao Hong’ and ’Dai Fei’ were collected from the peach test base of Shandong Fruit Research Institute. Six virus primers were used for RT-PCR detection, The incidence of disease investigation.
