目的 研究血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )在人脑不同级别胶质瘤中的表达。探讨VEGF、MMP 2与肿瘤病理级别和侵袭性的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学 (SP)法检测 5 6例脑胶质瘤中VEGF、MMP 2的表达。结果 胶质瘤中VEGF、MMP 2的表达水平在高级别组 (Ⅲ、Ⅳ级 )明显高于低级别组 (Ⅰ、Ⅱ级 ) ,两组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 VEGF、MMP 2在胶质瘤的血管生成与侵袭性生长中起重要作用 ,其表达水平与胶质瘤的病理级别有密切关系。
Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP 2) in human gliomas of different grades. To investigate the relationship between VEGF, MMP 2 and tumor pathological grade and invasiveness. Methods Immunohistochemistry (SP) was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MMP 2 in 56 gliomas. Results The expression of VEGF and MMP-2 in gliomas was significantly higher in the high-grade group (grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ) than in the low-grade group (grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ), with significant difference between the two groups (P0.05) . Conclusion VEGF and MMP 2 play an important role in angiogenesis and invasive growth of glioma. The expression of VEGF and MMP 2 is closely related to the pathological grade of glioma.
