Xinjiang has a long history of cultivated wheat. According to the Xinjiang Institute of Archeology test, about 3800 years ago in eastern Xinjiang has been cultivated wheat. Xinjiang is located in the center of Eurasia. Surrounded by the surrounding mountains, the mountains, basins and oases in the country are very different. The terrain and climate are very complicated.
