目的:探讨牛膝药材贮存中质量变化,并建立宏观检测的快捷简便方法。方法:采用红外光谱技术结合计算机辅助比对软件技术,对牛膝药材贮存过程中的药材质量的变化进行了比较研究,并对牛膝药材的热稳定性进行了模拟实验。结果:从红外光谱谱图上可以将变质药材与正常药材区别开来,同时热稳定性模拟实验表明,当温度升至140℃时,牛膝药材的红外光谱开始发生明显变化。结论:红外光谱技术可以作为一种宏观的药材质控方法,同时也可以为中药材的贮存和干燥等条件的确定提供可靠依据。
Objective: To explore the quality changes in the storage of Achyranthes bidentata and establish a quick and easy method for macroscopic examination. Methods: Using infrared spectroscopy technology combined with computer-aided comparison software technology, a comparative study was made on the changes of medicinal materials quality during the storage of Achyranthes bidentata medicinal materials, and the thermal stability of Achyranthes bidentata medicinal materials was simulated. RESULTS: From the infrared spectra, it was possible to distinguish the degraded herbs from normal herbs. Simultaneous thermal stability simulations showed that when the temperature rose to 140 °C, the infrared spectrum of Achyranthes bidentata began to change significantly. Conclusion: Infrared spectroscopy technology can be used as a macroscopic material control method, and it can also provide a reliable basis for the determination of the conditions for the storage and drying of Chinese herbal medicines.
