螺旋弹簧输送装置的优点是:结构简单,使用方便,能挠曲运行;物料在封闭管内运行不易污染粮食,破碎率低等。它是近年来出现的一种较为理想的新型输送部件。 为适应高生产率的生产要求,在研究中,作者曾对大管径不同参数的部件进行了试验研究,先后组装了多种机型,进行充分的生产考核,效果良好,于1985年通过省级科研鉴定。本文对螺旋弹簧输送装置的生产率和输送倾角、转速及功率的关系等在一定条件下进行了试验研究,探讨了有关参数之间的关系,为螺旋弹簧输送装置的合理设计提供了参考依据。
