目的:对中药5类新药苍术总萜醇的化学组成进行研究。方法:通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对苍术总萜醇的化学成分进行分析、鉴定。结果:从苍术总萜醇中鉴定出20个组分,其中相对含量>1%的组分为茅术醇、β-桉叶醇、γ-桉叶醇、榄香醇和2,3-Dihydro-1-oxo-phenalene,且茅术醇和β-桉叶醇两组分的相对含量之和为87%。结论:苍术总萜醇中茅术醇和β-桉叶醇两组分含量最高。苍术总萜醇除含有倍半萜醇类成分外,还含有倍半萜烯类成分。茅术醇是质子泵抑制剂,β-桉叶醇是组胺H2受体阻断剂,两个倍半萜醇类化合物协同作用而抑制胃液分泌,从而发挥抗溃疡的作用。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of total terpene alcohols in five kinds of new Chinese herb medicines. Methods: The chemical constituents of total terpene alcohols were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. RESULTS: Twenty components were identified from the total terpene alcohols. Among them, the relative contents> 1% were methotrexate, β-eucalyptol, γ-eucalyptol, 1-oxo-phenalene, and the relative content of two components of artesunate and β-eucalyptol was 87%. Conclusion: The total menthol in Artemisia alcohol and β-eucalyptol two components highest content. Atractylpenicillin in addition to containing sesquiterpene alcohol components, but also contain sesquiterpenes ingredients. Cleopatra alcohol is a proton pump inhibitor, β-eucalyptol is a histamine H2 receptor blocker, two sesquiterpenoids synergistic inhibition of gastric juice secretion, which play a role in anti-ulcer.
