目的:研究国产沉香的化学成分。方法:通过多种色谱手段,对国产沉香的石油醚及乙醇提取物进行化学成分分离,采用现代波谱技术对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果:从国产沉香中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为3,3,7-trimethyltri-cycloundecan-8-one(1),longifolene(2),norlongilactone(3),caryophyllenol-II(4),humulene diepoxide A(5),kobusone(6),(-)-bornyl ferulate(7),(24R)-24-ethylecholesta-4,22-dien-3-one(8),(24R)-24-3-ono-4-en-sitosterone(9)。结论:化合物2~9均为首次从国产沉香中分离得到的化合物。化合物1~6为倍半萜类化合物,化合物7为单萜衍生物,化合物8,9为甾类衍生物。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of domestic incense. Methods: The constituents of petroleum ether and ethanol extracts of Chinese medicinal plants were separated by a variety of chromatographic techniques. The structures of the compounds were identified by modern spectroscopy. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from Chinese medicinal plants and identified as 3,3,7-trimethyltri-cycloundecan-8-one (1), longifolene (2), norlongilactone (3), caryophyllenol-II diepoxide A (5), kobusone (6), (-) - bornyl ferulate (7), (24R) -24- ethylecholesta-4,22-dien- ono-4-en-sitosterone (9). Conclusion: Compounds 2 to 9 are the first compounds isolated from domestic medicinal plants. Compounds 1 to 6 are sesquiterpenes, compounds 7 are monoterpene derivatives, and compounds 8 and 9 are steroid derivatives.
