在原有截割头基础上,利用相似理论设计出一种相似结构,以获得新的设计方案。通过参数设定,量纲分析得到截割头结构设计的相似准则,再根据相似第二定理得到独立参数与性能参数间的准则方程。然后,运用相似第三定理推导出相似判断条件和相似设计的实现方法,最后通过采用MATLAB与Excel联合编程开发的纵轴式掘进机截割头辅助设计与优化软件验证新的设计方案的可行性和有效性。
Based on the original cutting head, a similar structure is designed based on the similar theory to get a new design scheme. Through the parameter setting and dimensional analysis, the similarity criterion of the cutting head structure design is obtained. According to the second similarity theorem, the criterion equation between the independent parameters and the performance parameters is obtained. Then, the similar third theorem is used to derive the method of similarity judgment and similar design. Finally, the feasibility of the new design scheme is verified by the assistant design and optimization software of cutting head of longitudinal boring machine programmed by MATLAB and Excel And effectiveness.
