信号完整性是指信号在信号线上的质量。信号完整性问题由多种因素引起,归结起来有反射、串扰、过冲和下冲、振铃、信号延迟等,其中反射和审扰是引发信号完整性问题的两大主要因素。从反射形成机理、反射对信号的影响、端接电阻匹配方式等几个方面介绍反射的形成和性质,并说明应如何硪小和避免传输线中的反射。
Signal integrity refers to the quality of the signal on the signal line. Signal integrity problems are caused by many factors, including reflection, crosstalk, overshoot and undershoot, ringing, signal delay, etc. Reflection and scrambling are the two main factors that cause signal integrity problems.
