苯芴酮测钛的分光光度法,采用明胶作保护胶体,灵敏度较低;采用萃取方法虽能提高灵敏度,但手续较烦.本文提出了于0.2N 硫酸介质中及在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基呲络(简称CPB)存在下,用苯芴酮测定铝合金中微量钛的方法,并确定了钛与苯芴酮生成络合物的最佳条件.本法灵敏度高,络合物的摩尔吸收系数为1.1×10~5,桑德尔灵敏度为0.00044微克/厘米~2,且选择性亦好,操作快速简便.
