小儿蛔虫性肠扭转是小儿蛔虫性肠梗阻的一种类型。我院自1973年间～1996年6月共手术治疗小儿蛔虫性肠扭转10例。本组病例大多发生在回肠末端，有9例发生肠坏死。对未发生肠坏死者，可仅作肠扭转直位，并辅以驱虫治疗；对有肠坏死者，应选择相应的手术治疗。本组10例均获治愈。
Ascariasis of the intestine in children is a type of ascariasis in children with intestinal obstruction. In our hospital from 1973 to June 1996, a total of 10 cases of ascaris intestine intestinal torsion were treated surgically. Most of the cases occurred in the terminal ileum, intestinal necrosis occurred in 9 cases. For those who do not have intestinal necrosis, only for the intestine to turn around, supplemented by deworming treatment; for those with intestinal necrosis, should choose the appropriate surgical treatment. The group of 10 patients were cured.
