出于对经济增长进一步放缓的担忧,政府针对“稳增长、控物价、调结构”的经济预调微调开始加速。于是,央行在5月18日再次下调存款准备金率0.5个百分点。5月楼市成交量在攀升,北京、天津、深圳三地的新房成交量已经连续3个月保持相对稳定的高位,降价楼盘数量增速呈现放缓趋势,降价幅度趋于收窄。
