目的探讨临床护理主带教资质水平以及准入资格的考评机制。方法制定临床护理主带教老师的准入资格考评表和考评方法,对我院内外科41名主带教老师进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果经调查研究发现:①临床主带教老师仍然存在教学能力不够全面的情况,需要建立长效的培训机制;②主带教老师的教学资质对临床带教质量的影响至关重要,必须建立科学规范的准入考核制度。结论临床主带教教师的带教资格评定不仅有利于完善与规范化教学资格准入制度,为临床教学政策的制定提供有益参考。“,”Objective To explore the clinical nursing teaching quality evaluation mechanism of main belt and the level of access qualification. Methods Establishment of clinical nursing teachers qualification evaluation table and evaluation methods of main belt, to my courtyard surgery 41 main teachers were investigated, and the results were analyzed. Results 1, main clinical teachers are stil teaching ability not comprehensive enough, need to establish along- term training mechanism; 2, the main teachers teaching quality of clinical teaching quality is very important, must establish scientific and standardized admission examination system. Conclusion Teaching qualification with main clinical teachers not only helps to perfect and standardize teaching qualification admit ance system, in order to provide reference for clinical teaching policy.
