In order to select a more optimized method for the treatment of localized prostate cancer according to the radiobiological model, and to more reasonably select the means of radiotherapy and dose supplementation, to better control the tumor locally, the authors established fractionated and long-term radiotherapy radiation based on the expansion of LQ cell survival model. The model calculation method calculates the survival fraction of clone-derived cells and the tumor control rate. Radiobiological models include LQ parameters for prostate tumor cell lines, proliferation of clone-derived cells, repair of sub-lethal damage, decay of radioisotopes, and hypoxic cells. The dose inhomogeneities resulting from dose-volume histograms and the resulting dose inhomogeneities at the time of dose supplementation are also included in intensity and brachytherapy.
