本研究选用天然秸秆为原料,通过高锰酸钾氧化和乙二胺胺化两步反应,制备出具有良好吸附性能的胺基改性秸秆,将胺基改性秸秆作为新型脱硫剂对烟气中的SO_2进行吸附,同时试验了烟气流速、烟气含水率及烟气温度对脱硫性能的影响。结果表明胺基改性秸秆脱硫效果显著,在吸附过程中采用适当的烟气流速、温度以及水分含量将会促进改性材料对SO_2的吸附能力。
In this study, natural straw was used as raw material. Amino-modified straw with good adsorption properties was prepared by potassium permanganate oxidation and ethylenediamine aminated two-step reaction. Amino-modified straw was used as a new desulfurization agent for flue gas In the SO 2 adsorption, at the same time tested the flue gas flow rate, flue gas moisture and flue gas temperature on the desulfurization performance. The results showed that the effect of amino-modified straw desulfurization was significant. Appropriate flue gas flow rate, temperature and moisture content in the adsorption process will promote the adsorption of SO 2 on the modified material.
