本文对棘胸蛙的蝌蚪 (体重 0 .8~ 2 .6 g)、小幼蛙 (体重 9.0~ 2 7.3g)、大幼蛙 (体重 4 0 .5~ 6 5.7g)和成蛙 (134.5~ 2 13.0 g)肌肉及蛙皮中的水分、蛋白质、脂肪和灰分含量及脂肪酸的组成进行了分析 ,结果表明 :棘胸蛙肌肉中的蛋白质含量高达 18.55%~ 19.39% ,脂肪含量较低 .肌肉中高度不饱和脂肪酸含量占脂肪酸总量的 39.36 % .本研究在分析与比较的基础上评价了棘胸蛙的营养价值 ,为棘胸蛙配合饲料的开发提供了理论依据
In this paper, the effects of tadpoles (weight 0.8-8.6 g), young frogs (weight 9.0-2.39 g), giant frogs (weight 4.0-0.65 g) and adult frogs (134.5 ~ 2 13.0 g). The results showed that the content of protein, fat, ash, and fatty acids in muscle and frog skin were as high as 18.55% -19.39% with low fat content. Muscular unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 39.36% of the total fatty acids.In this study, based on the analysis and comparison, the nutritional value of Spinoptera frugiperda was evaluated, which provided a theoretical basis for the development of spinach frog
