OBJECTIVE: To investigate the consistency of the SALT classification and the START / JUTA START test in the group injuries. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the trauma classification of 34 group injuries in our hospital. A total of 267 cases were diagnosed and treated, including 230 adults and 37 children. The patients were classified as SALT and START / JUKE START START at the time of emergency, and the results of SALT and START / jump START were categorized as kappa Consistency analysis. Results: The SALT classification was found to be in good agreement with the START / jump START method in the classification of adults and children. Conclusion: The SALT classification can replace the START / jump START to classify the wounded rapidly in the group wounding.
